Start a VIP Program

The VIP Model has been implemented in various types of higher education institutions including major research universities, technical colleges, HBCUs, small liberal arts schools, and state schools.  

From inquiry to execution, the process of starting a VIP team takes between three and six months. To fully develop a VIP Team in accordance with the VIP Model, participating institutions must implement the Essential Elements. VIP implementation requires no special tools or educational software. 

VIP Consortium staff are on hand to guide interested administrators or faculty to help implement the VIP model in any context.
